Courses
In our program you will find customized driving technique courses for all ages and levels, alone or in a group.
We will show you how you can enjoy the trails on your bike with greater safety and fun.
Go out into the open air and forget about technology for a while.
In a playful and experience-oriented way, we teach children, teenagers and novices of this sport the necessary driving technique on how to manage the bicycle safely and playfully. Whether you are a beginner or a small champion, our model ensures you find the right confidence.
But first we practice in a safe place, and then we follow the various paths of the region to apply what we have learned.
Course for beginners / Age: from 8 years / from 1 to 8 participants
Learning objectives:
- Cockpit and bike adjustment
- Ascent and descent
- Body, foot and crank positions
- Technique for changing gears
- Driving, pedaling, cornering and braking techniques on various surfaces
- Drive on your feet
- Uphill and downhill positions
